I'm an ODP Business Solutions customer. What should I know?

With Varis, you get the best of ODP Business Solutions and over 80,000 items. You also get more since we provide additional complementary suppliers. Since there are more suppliers, there are more opportunities for savings. The look and feel of the site is different, as we're another company. Can’t find an item? Can I see my prior ODP Business Solutions purchases in Varis?

Not quite yet. For now, you'll have to view those in https://www.odpbusiness.com. But we're working on getting your prior history in Varis soon. We'll let you know when we do.

May I pay with my Office Depot OfficeMax credit card or use account billing?

Not at this time. We do accept all other major credit cards, though.

How do I set up my account?

Right now, our supplier onboarding team will walk you through setup. We just gather critical info and start uploading your catalog. Learn more.

Do I want to sell on a Varis private marketplace, Varis public marketplaces, or both?

There are benefits to both. And no downside to signing up for both.

When you sign up to become a supplier on our public marketplaces, it means you are a supplier to one or more of our public marketplaces. It expands your customer base. Your supplies are available for purchase on our platform to our wide audience. If you’re interested, contact our sales team at varisconnectsuppliers@govaris.com.

You can also sell on Varis private marketplaces. This gives you access to buyers in private marketplaces who want to expand their indirect spend in one shopping experience. If you’re interested, contact our sales team at varisconnectsuppliers@govaris.com.

Is account set up different for private and managed marketplaces?

What info do I need to be validated to be a supplier?

We need basic tax and business info that includes your:

    - legal trading company name
    - Tax ID Number (TIN)
    - DUNS Number (Data Universal Numbering System)
    - address of principal place of business
    - state of incorporation
    - OFAC info (Office of Foreign Assets Control)
    - business verification documents (depending on your size and organization type, this can be a certificate or incorporation, executed articles of organization, executed certificate of partnership, or individual owner's info)

How do I set up my payment in Varis?

Payment setup depends on whether you sell in a public or private marketplace.

If you’re selling in a public marketplace, you’ll need a JP Morgan Chase account that we will provide. We’ll collect your revenue and deposit it for you after we deduct our revenue share. Learn more.

If you’re selling in a private marketplace, you’ll collect your own revenue and send Vais your revenue share via ACH(ACH)/direct deposit. Learn more.
