Getting started for suppliers

Becoming a Varis supplier is easy. We'll walk you through every step, but here is a look into the process. It's a relatively short process from account setup to ready for purchases. The timeline is primarily dependent on how fast you can fill out the documentation, but you can assume it will take a week.

How to set up an account

Once you've talked to our business development team, we'll connect you with our supplier onboarding team. Our supplier onboarding team will need you to provide the basic info at the top of this form.



Once we get this info from you, our supplier onboarding team will set up your account and send your login credentials and the sFTP directory path.

After this, we'll need a bit more info to get you ready to start adding your catalog. If you were previously a BuyerQuest supplier, we can transfer that info from BuyerQuest. If you weren't a BuyerQuest supplier, we'll need you to fill out this form.



Once we have this info loaded, we can start adding your catalog, so you can't start selling to our buyers.

Order processing info

As we set up your account, we also need to determine the best way to process orders. We need the info at the bottom of this document to set that up.

Sample catalog info

Before we add your entire catalog, we like to upload a small sample to make sure there aren't any issues. We'll have you fill out these catalog templates with at least 10 products to make sure everything will work quickly and smoothly.
