First time logging in: activating your account

You'll receive an email from Varis Customer Service (noreply@varistools.govaris.com) that will include your Login ID and a link to create your password. This link will only work for 24 hours. Click on the link and you'll be taken to a welcome page, where you'll go through steps to create your password and log in. You can also type biz.govaris.com into your favorite browser.

Tip: Bookmark Varis so that you can get to it easily when you need to make a purchase!

Need your activation email again?

If you cannot find the Varis email to activate your account, you can have it sent again:

  1. Go to the Varis login page at biz.govaris.com
  2.  Enter your work email address and click Next.
  3.  Click the Resend invitation button. 
  4. Check your inbox and be sure to check any spam or junk folders just in case.


Forgot your Login ID or password?

Click the Forgot Login ID? link on biz.govaris.com to retrieve your ID via email. If you know your ID but not your password, enter your ID and then on the password screen, click the link called Forgot password?. 

Why is Varis asking me for a verification code again?

Varis asks for a verification code to ensure you are the same person who has access to your email used on Varis. This increases the security of your Varis account. You will be asked to enter a verification code again after 90 days per browser used.
